How to pass the light goods vehicle operator's licence test

Key facts

• The test has 35 multiple-choice questions and lasts up to 70 minutes. Each question has one correct answer.
• You pass with at least 30 correct answers. This allows no more than 5 mistakes.
• You take the test on a PC at a driver and vehicle licensing office, in standard written Norwegian [bokmål] or Nynorsk. Interpreters are not allowed, but the standard written Norwegian version has audio support.
• Topics include licence requirements, road traffic, employer responsibilities, training, health and safety, business structures, finance, taxes and duties.
• You get the result immediately after submitting. You can ask for a printout showing the topics and number of correct answers.
